I want to write more and in the past I would obsess over the quality of my writing and procrastinate. I am going to challenge myself to write smaller posts more frequently to help myself think clearly and learn in public. Today I would like to write about some of the things that make me happy:

  • Getting enough sleep and feeling well rested
  • Learning new things and solving problems
  • Spending quality time with loved ones
  • Exercising

Whenever I do these things consistently I find myself feeling happier and content. What I struggle with is consistency and I need to work on that.
